• How much advance notice do you need of my reservation?
    If you're traveling to or from the airport with our sedan service, call us as soon as you know your travel plans to get the best availability.
    If you are reserving a stretch limousine, during the peak holiday season please reserve two to three weeks in advance. All other vehicles should be reserved two or three days prior to service date.

  • Are all your vehicles non-smoking?
  • Yes !

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellation on the stretch limousines is 24 hours prior to service date. For all other vehicles cancellation is 3 hours prior to service time.                                                              
  • Do you require advance payment?
    All trips are reserved with a major credit card # We do not authorize charges against the credit card until the day of your transfer.


  • Do you provide child car seats for our trip?
    No we don't. As an alternative you are welcome to use your own car seat for your trip. If you are going out of town and you do not wish to take the car seat along, we can store it at our office until the day of your return.

  • Will you decorate the vehicle we reserve for our wedding?
    you may decorate the car 30min before the car is needed you provide the decorations.


  • You advertise flat-rate service. Is that for all your vehicles?
    The flat-rates we advertise apply to trips to and from the Calgary Airport with the Lincoln sedans only. These rates are established by The Calgary Airport Authority.
